The reflection_responses table is missing. In the NCB SQL box, run ncb/scripts/apply_20260418_creator_platform_extensions_ncb.sql (CREATE-only; the full migration file uses SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS, which the NCB UI rejects). On phpMyAdmin/CLI you may use ncb/migrations/20260418_creator_platform_extensions.sql instead. Then register tables in NCB and set RLS ( docs/NCB_CREATOR_TABLES.md).
